DBAs not processing when issuing new check after voiding original check
Employer benefits accrue the 1st and 3rd pay periods of the month. A check was issued for the first pay period and the benefits accrued. The check was voided and the void processed. When processing a new check (not reissuing the check at the time of the void) the employer benefits did not accrue on the new check. Why?
