9.3.1.2 on Weblogic and IE

We recently upgraded from 9224 to 9312 and moved from OAS to Weblogic.  Our users are pretty evenly split between IE 7 and 8.  We've seen issues in the past with third party browser toolbars (like Google or Yahoo, etc..) and have always removed them, recommended against them etc...  We are seeing an all new level of crankiness with 9312 though.  I am curious what other users have found with toobars, add-ons and general IE settings.  Or... have you abandoned IE altogether.
