Security in BIPublisher

We have installed OBIEE11G (11.1.1.5) and have integrated it with Active Directory however now we need some assistance with setting up the security in BIPublisher.  We would like set the security on certain folders in BIP and set the permissions so that user's can only run reports and not be able to delete them.  Can you please assist?
