revaluation when FMV drops below NBV

We are undertaking a mass revaluation of several hundred assets.  The operator has been given a list of all of the assets, and their new Fair Market Values, to be entered/uploaded into the system for the reval.  We are intending to use the delivered AM_FMV_CI component interface to upload the changes to FMV.  We can then use the Revaluation Worksheet to process the reval -- however, this only works for assets whose FMV is now greater than the current Net Book Value.  Assets that have had the FMV reduced below the NBV have their revaluation status set to "Excluded" and
