Hi,

   Can some one help me with my concern?

   I'm applying patch 6497684 and it was indicated to run patch.sh and In patch.sh it is required to shutdown the database.

   After applying patch.sh successfully it was indicated in the read me that i need to run adrelink.sh force=y "fnd f60webmx".

   My question is that do i need to run adrelink with a down database? or i need to run it with database start up?
