Schedule Ship Date Default

  Hi,
 
 I have a problem in Order management when i book an order the Schedule Ship Date populates with the Date Order date.
 I want to know how by default it takes Date Order date.Because if i forget to change the Schedule Ship Date then it takes Date Order date in the system by default.
