How to assign the contact to Customer account?
I am creating the contact of relationship type "employee" in contact center in R12. Now I want to assign it to Customer account. Ho can I do it? It is showing as contact at customer level.
The Oracle has suggested that I can create the contact using the same first & last name. System will check for duplicate & provide an option to select the existing contact. When I try to do it, the system is creating another contact with relationship type as "contact for", which we don't want. We want to add the same employee to the account.
Please let me know if anyone has faced this issue.
