Hi,

I am seeing subject message at home page of My Oracle Support & need clarification about ranking & points. Further discussion doesn't contain the option of Helpful or Correct Answer; so how I can improve my points via discussion?

Perhaps my statement is not clear; sorry for inconvenience. Please reply then I may follow to clear my concept.
