How to ensure and verify that outbound communication (invitation e-mail) reached users inbox?
It looks like e-mails are seen as send/delivered in ODM but end-users (e-mail recipients) report that e-mails are not delivered to their business inboxes.
There is no delivery problem for ISPs like hotmail, gmail. Just for corporate/company e-mails.
Are there specific recommendations for ODM configuration in that area?
