question about the application of meters in EAM

 Hi, there
      If I have a meter of temperature, the meter has a standard of maximum value and minimum value. If the meter's reading excesses the maximum value, I hope the Oracle EAM system creats a work order automatically. I don't know whether the system function support it?
(PS: I know that meters of accumulation can be used in PM rule, but I am not very clear whether meters of limited value can be used like it)
