Alerting issues for 10g databases with 11g agent + PSU6

Hi,

Recently when i applied psu6 on 11g agent servers where there are couple of 10g databases, it started generating alerts on following line in alert log

  'Incremental checkpoint up to RBA [0x13.3eb76.0], current log tail at RBA [0x13.3eb87.0];'

When I remove psu6 it stopped alerting for the above  message in alert log.  Please shed me more llight on this.
