Compile a Burden Schedule Revision

The referenced process was kicked off last night at 9 pm and is still running.  It is holding up multiple other federal agencies' daily PA processing to complete, namely PRC: Create & Distribute Burden process.   If the Compile a Burden Schedule Revision is terminated, will everything be rolled back prior to termination?  Hopefully, nothing will be left stranded.  Please advise.

We need to get all other agencies' daily processing completed so that the agencies' personnel can get to work today.
