How to add GL Accounting KFF in Quality Collection plan

 Is there a way to add the GL Accounting Key  Flexfield ie. the chart of accounts as a collection element in quality collection plan.We didn't find any standard quality collection element for this purpose.
If we have to define a new quality collection element for this, is it possible.

We have this requirement to capture an expense account for one kind of process.
