Unable to create DSD from SIM

Hi Guys
I am unable to create a DSD (on the fly po) from SIM.
When i am entering a item in the item field, as soon as i enter it gives a error pop up saying "Vendor does not source this item".

But there is records in the rk_item_supplier table, rk_item_supp_country, and even the dsd indicator for that item has been checked from RMS.

Kindly share you thoughts on it.
