Create Accounting - Receiving program completes with Warning with error Number

Hello

Create Accounting - Receiving program completes with Warning with error Number 0 and message "Intercompany balancing was unable to generate the intercompany account. Please check the intercompany balancing rules setup."
We have done intracompany balancing rule setup but still getting error.
