Table in which I can find Performance Mangement Plan_id

Hi,

In which Table can I find Performance Mangement Plan_ID and base table for Performance Mnagement "Plan".

What are the status changes when "objective Setting" is done by appraisee and sent to Manager for "Approval".  And the status when the manger approves the notification for objective setting of appraisee. In which table can i  find these statuses.
