HA with 9.2.0.8

hi all need to know if you can build a high availability platform where the primary database is a 2-node RAC in 9.2.0.8 and have configured a logical standby  and physical standby. I have been researching and I've read that the SQL Apply (logical standby) is not very stable in that version.
