Using Position Hierarchy setups

We operate in Canada and the US through two business groups . We do not want to use AME due to our internal business needs.

We are moving from a decentralize model to a consolidated Model by country

Is it possible to have Requisition and PO approval  serviced by approvers for Cross border approval.

Our business units  operate in both countries

Has anyone got a solution ?
