How to download message maps

Hi,

I am attempting to download some message maps, but I am receiving the following error:

java.io.FileNotFoundException: Resource download_map.xsl not found!

        at oracle.apps.ecx.loader.DownloadMap.getMap(DownloadMap.java:358)

        at oracle.apps.ecx.loader.DownloadMap.run(DownloadMap.java:253)

        at oracle.apps.ecx.loader.DownloadMap.main(DownloadMap.java:202)

Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?
