SQL Server service on Deployment server

"The SQL Server (JDESSELOCAL) service terminated with service-specific error %%-2146885628."

Hss anyone gotten the above error within event viewer on deployment server while trying to start a service. I cannot sign-on to the deployment server because this service will not start.
