Sometimes Oracle Support needs to get the customer's schema dump in order to diagnose problems. This can be problematic when the schema is very large and/or contains sensitive data. The partial schema exporter utility answers these problems by generating a dump based on filtered data. This one hour session is recommended for technical users who need to supply schema dumps to Oracle as part of their Service Request.
