Emergency Contacts

Our client requirement is to have mandated teh primary filed on Emergency contacta, an employee should have one primary contact when they select emergency contact. It should be mandatory that employee checks the primary for one of it contacts.It;s in Self sevice and Appplication version is 12.1.3.

In the event of an emergency, HR will contact an employee's primary emergency contact. Therefore, the system should be setup to force an employee to identify an emergency contact if and only if the employee inputs an emergency contact within ESS in GPS.
