Unable to Derive Accounting Code in From FA Account Generator Workflow

Hello,

I'm getting the following error while trying to run the FA Account Generator.

Subledger Accounting was unable to derive an accounting code combination using the account derivation rule Assets Book Default Account owned by Oracle. Please review the account derivation rule and make sure it derives a valid accounting flexfield combination for the source values passed for the transaction.

This error relates only to one kind of retirement NBV_LOSS.  All other types work.

My questions are:

1.   Where do I find the cross validation rules?

2.  Is there any other report I can run or anything else I can do?
