Autocreate Final Assembly Order program missing

Hi

In 11.5.10.2, cannot get Autocreate Final Assembly Order program from WIP>Discrete>Autocreate orders , when open autocreate orders, the list is null , also cannot get this program from System administrator>Program define.

How to add this program to instance?
