Hardware or OS failure and the we are not able to recover the system itself

 Dear Team,

             We have EBussiness Suite 11i running on Sun Solaris 10.

            Suppose in future we have hardware or OS failure and the we are not able to recover the system itself,

            And we have to prepare the new server.

           Now my question is how to  setup the EBussiness Suite  in this new server .

           Daily we are taking cold backup.

           Please provide your expert suggesstions so as how to set up the EBussiness Suite .

           Do i need to restore from cold backup and do clonning or do i need to install the complete thing again.

           Please provide your expert suggesstions so that i can be prepared for any such disaster occuring in future.
