Employee search extremely slow

Hi,

We had performance issue when searching for employees on the Person Find page.

We have flushed the shared pool and the search by name and employee number and it starts to work as expected, but this is more of a workaround, rather than a permanent solution.

Does anyone else face this issue and has found a resolution to it?
