Custom object look up similiar to contact look up

Hi, I am using CO10 to store program names associated to accounts,service requests & contacts. my requirement is when i populate the account name of the service request object and do a search for the related program names on the CO10 look up, I would like this to display only the program names related to the account populated, something similiar to contacts as in below screen shot


Is it possible to create a similiar layout on the CO10 name look up field.

JFV is not possible since Account, CO10 etc are read only picklist
