In Rel 12 running Seed Data recon but not seeing PYO in report LOV

Testing in Release 12.1.3 and running the Seed Data Recon process in e-Commerce Gateway respon. Successfully ran the Transaction Layout definition for "OUT:Payment/Remittance (820/PAYORD/REMADV)." Tried running the Seed Data Recon but PYO is not in the Transaction Type LOV. Already verified that the value set of PYO is enabled. Any suggestions?
