EAM Work order operation resource's Scheduling field has only Yes and No values and need Prior and N

EAM Work order operation resource's Scheduling field has only Yes and No values and need Prior and Next values also.

How can I get the list values of Yes, No, Prior and Next for the EAM Work order operation resource's Scheduling field?

PS: Am already able to see all these 4 list values at the Standard Operation Resource's Scheduling Field but not from the Work Order. We don't use standard operations in EAM currently.
