How to have different Tax Accounts for AP and AR transactions in same OU

Our Finnish client is moving from 11i to R12 by doing re-implementation.

They had same tax code names in AP and AR for each OU. But the Recoverable Tax Account in AP was different to the Tax Account used in AR for each of the tax codes (each tax code had different account within AP and AR).

They want to track the taxes in different accounts for AP and AR Transaction for each tax codes. How do we achieve this in R12?

As we understand the only account mandatory is Tax Recoverable/Liability which is currently shared by AP and AR.
