AR Customer Balance Statements for UK not working

On Oracle EBS 12.1.3 and having problem getting the AR Customer Statement to work when running from the UK ledger. The statements work well when running out of the US ledger. Have been struggling with this for quite some time and even have a Service Request open with Oracle Support.

Anyone else having issues with other ledger than US printing statements? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
