What is the best way to Control User Access to the HRMS People Enter and Maintain Form
We are on 12.1.3. Our user requested to control User Access to the HRMS people Enter and a. For example, HR should be able to view everyone in the organization. An IT admin person, not the department head, can access to all IT people, while the IT application manager can only access to his/her subordinate. Any suggestion? I'm thinking to setup three different responsibilities and utilize the User Management, UMX, for setup. However, I couldn't find good instructions on how to setup by using UMX.Any help is highly appreciated!
