Patch 9239089: R12.AD.B.delta.3 Oracle Applications DBA 12.1.3 Product Release Update Pack errors

Hi,

While applying patch 9239089 fails while running the script adfilpu.sql on worker 1  with:

sqlplus -s APPS/***** @/oracle/DEV/apps/apps_st/appl/ad/12.0.0/patch/115/sql/adfilpu.sql &un_fnd &pw_fnd
Connected.
Connected.
