Smart View Install Wizard keeps getting interrupted before completion

We have a remote server workstation that had Smart View installed on it in two different locations.  Uninstalled and removed the two installations and proceeded to re-intsall Smart View, but every time i run the install wizard (either from Workspace or from the computer itself using the Smartview.exe) it comes back with the error message that "The wizard was interrupted before Oracle Hyperion Smart View for Office, Fusion Edition could be completely installed.  Your system has not been modified.  To complete installation at another time, please run setup again."   Any help or guidance that can be provided would be greatly
