in CRM On Demand - Supplemental Applications (MOSC) Question
Hello,

I watched this webinar , but its not clear at one point where it talks about generating the mail merge document from CRMOD. Here's the link

It talks about uploading the template to solutions on CRMOD and publishing it but then the demo does not show clearly how to trigger it from CRMOD Object(like Account or Opportunity). Any ideas?
