How to eliminate the need of logging into CRM Ondemand mutiple times?

Business Case:
I have created a report where in I have used action link to link opportunity id to the opportunity.
I have to export this report on to excel, so that the managers can click on the opportunity ID through excel and get on to the
opportunity detail page in crm ondemand

Problem

The problem is I have to login into Crmondemand each and everytime i click on the opportunity id.
Can you please give me a solution for this?
