Procurement Contract: MS word synchronization is not available for documents with clauses imported f

Hi

During the download contract term from the PO document action option, I'm getting the following warning message "MS word synchronization is not available for documents with clauses imported from Word". After ignore the warning message, trying to open or Save the document in the desktop and saved as PO_XXXXX.XML. When trying to open the document, getting the real error message "the name in the end tag of the element must match the element type in the start tag". So cannot open the document for changes. I wanted to mention that I tried in office 2007/2010 both but same error. Is
