Cannot pass the validation of Bank Account Transfer.

 Hi everyone,
I have created the Bank account transfer but the status is still invalid. I tried to validate but got this message.

FUN_INTRA_RULE_NOT_ASSIGNED
Intercompany balancing was unable to generate the intercompany account.
The Intercompany account generated by the Intercompany Balancing Rules is invalid.
The Intercompany account generated by the Intercompany Balancing Rules is invalid.

My question is I have one Legal Entity and don't use Intercompany. Should I setup it?
