Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Modify sales rep commission percentage from sales credit form in service contracts

All,

Is there a way to change the sales person commission percentage from the sales credit window in service contracts.

The percentage is now showing as 100% and the form is grayed out. How can I modify the percentage?
