Transaction Import: Review Transactions

The user needs to clear the transactions seen on the view Transactions which are import rejected. Some of them have rejection reasons and some does not and also most of them are almost dated to 2008 and 2009.

Please assist  how I can clear them. Also most of the projects are closed.
