how to make expdp with all data? (public synonyms, ...)

Hai,
i tried to import data from one database (32-bit 10.2.0.4) to a new one (64-bit 11.2.0.3)
But when i use expdp/impdp there are no public synonyms.

How can i configure expdp, that it will export all data of the database?
