Adding additional search criteria in contact center form
I am storing a unique id in a DFF field of cs_incidents_all_b. I have included this custom field in the search criteria of the contact center form so that I can retrive the SR number corresponding to that.I can search by this field but it is showing me the customer and contact details and not the SR number.How can I retrieve the corresponding SR number? The search should return me the same details as when I search by a SR number.Please can you advice.
