China Bank Accepted Drafts (CBAD)

Hi Frds,
Need some information on China Bank Accepted Drafts (CBAD). Is there any specific feature in Oracle that handles this? Is it being covered anywhere in APAC or China specific localization?
 
From our research we have found out that this is similar to Bills Receivables but couldn't find anything specific in Oracle from China/APAC localization perspective.
 
Have you dealt with CBAD in your China implementation/rollouts?
 
Would appreciate if someone could share some information on this.
