Error: Value 000 for the flexfield segment company doesn't exist in the value set SMT_GL_COMPANY

The above error msg  is coming up when clicking on distributions button in invoice workbench.Invoice is Receipt matched. Value  000 is present in the value set which is enabled. Can anyone plz let me know RCA for this issue and also the solution.
