Password to apply patch 13597790

Hi,

I have an error when clicking checkout for a contract request in iProcurement responsibility. Oracle version is 12.1.3, demo testing instance.

I was advised here in the Communities to apply pacth number 13597790 that refers to this problem but when the DBA tried to download the patch is password protected.

Can you share the password with me so we can apply the patch?
