New Benefit Plan Option Rates

Anybody having problems w/ batch enrollment not updating plan option rates on DBA instructions? We have new rates for our plan options and having ran batch enrollment to update the rates for everyone enrolled in these plans and it doesn't work. We've taken every ESU we can find and still nothing. Any ideas?
