Client time zone display in Standard Oracle Reports

Hi,

   If the server hosting Oracle applications is based in US EST and users accessing the application are in Europe (US EST + 6), FND Client time zone profiles can be setup to enable the local time in Europe to appear on time stamps (Record History).

Is there a way to have the local time zone displayed in the output of standard Reports generated in Oracle applications?

Please advise.
