Calling E1 BSSV from .net Application

hi all,
Have you come across any implementation where .net App is calling E1 BSSV?
What was the setup and what would you like to see Oracle do to help simplify the implementation?

Wanted to get a gauge of whether this is  a common implementation pattern with an eye owards drafting up some enhancement requests to be considered..
