How do you get a message to pop-up on the Service Request screen?
(R)Field Service Dispatch (N)Service Request > Find Service Request > find an SR to pull up > click Open > a box named "Customer Relationship Actions" displays with a customized message. I have read the manual, In Field Service Dispatch responsibility I set up the Note Type, Customer Provile Setup Variable (sql) and in CRM Administration I set up the Notes Setup. Is there something I have to run or something in order to get the popup to display? I created the note in Contact Center > Notes > New, and I can see the note is there, but can't get
