Use of Target, Fixed Amount, and Goal
We use 3 variables to calculate commission. Each is variable per resource.
The variables are:
Sales Quota $
Commission Target $
Plan Element Mix %
The variables are:
Sales Quota $
Commission Target $
Plan Element Mix %
I was thinking of using:
• Target => CN_QUOTAS.TARGET for sales quota
• Fixed Amount => CN_QUOTAS.PAYMENT_AMOUNT for plan element mix
• Goal => CN_QUOTAS.PERFORMANCE_GOAL for commission target
These values would be entered at the plan element level for each resource.
Is this a valid use of these 3 fields?
